It's nice to see that Hollywood hasn't ruined this family.
Legendary actress of stage, screen and "Halloweentown," Debbie Reynolds celebrated her famous daughter Carrie Fisher's 59th birthday in a very modern way -- a Facebook post, of course!
Fisher is the daughter of Reynolds and 1950s pop singer Eddie Fisher, who, in a twist a la Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie, left the actress for Elizabeth Taylor.
Reynolds posted this adorable photo of the two on Oct. 21 with the caption, "Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter."

The showbiz gene didn't end with Fisher.
Billie Lourd, the daughter of Fisher and CAA casting agent Bryan Lourd, now stars on "Scream Queens" as Chanel No. 3. The character's signature trait is a pair of furry earmuffs, which she wears in every scene.
Although there was a story-driven reason behind the peculiar fashion choice, fans have speculated that the earmuffs pay homage to her famous mother's iconic hairstyle -- Princess Leia's double buns.
Like mother, like daughter.
